Return Period
We accept returns within 30 days of the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition in which it was received
• Uninstalled (we cannot accept returns for parts that have been fitted or modified)
• In its original packaging

Compatibility & Fitment
It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm compatibility with their vehicle before ordering. We are unable to accept returns on the basis of incompatibility where compatibility information was clearly stated on the product listing.

Return Postage

• If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly described: we will cover return postage costs
• If you have changed your mind or ordered incorrectly: return postage is the responsibility of the customer

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service for all returns. We cannot be held liable for items lost or damaged in return transit.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome within 48 hours. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 working days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
