Carbon Kings is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorised by any vehicle manufacturer. All products sold by Carbon Kings are aftermarket parts. All brand names, model names, and part numbers are used for fitment reference purposes only.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment being confirmed. Orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday are prioritised for same-day dispatch where possible. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped.
UK Shipping
We offer free standard delivery on all UK orders with no minimum spend.
All UK orders are shipped using Evri's fully insured and tracked service.

Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch and are not guaranteed. Occasional delays may occur during peak periods or due to circumstances outside our control.
International Shipping
We ship our products worldwide at the following flat rates:

All international orders are dispatched from the UK using a tracked service. Tracking information will be provided in your dispatch confirmation email.
Customs & Duties: For orders sent outside of the UK, the recipient is responsible for any import duties, customs clearance fees, or local taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping cost and are outside of our control. Carbon Kings is not liable for delays caused by customs processes.
Order Tracking
All orders are sent with tracking. Your tracking number will be included in your dispatch confirmation email. If you have not received your dispatch email within 2 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder before contacting us.
Delivery Damage
We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, due to the nature of carbon fibre components, please inspect your package carefully upon arrival.
In the event of damage, please contact us at contact@carbonkings.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with your name, order number, and photographs of the damaged items and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Lost Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at contact@carbonkings.co.uk with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
