Carbon Kings is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorised by any vehicle manufacturer. All products sold by Carbon Kings are aftermarket parts. All brand names, model names, and part numbers are used for fitment reference purposes only.
Our Commitment
At Carbon Kings, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we are here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition in which they were received
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Items that have been fitted, modified, or show signs of installation are not eligible for return unless they are faulty or incorrectly described.
Compatibility & Fitment
It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm that a product is compatible with their vehicle before ordering. We provide detailed compatibility information on every product listing. If you are unsure whether a product will fit your vehicle, please contact us before purchasing at contact@carbonkings.co.uk. We are unable to accept returns on the basis of incompatibility where the compatibility information was clearly stated on the product listing.
Who Pays Return Postage?
If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly described: Carbon Kings will cover the cost of return postage. Please contact us first and we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse your postage costs.
If you have changed your mind or ordered incorrectly: The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets the above conditions, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different variant or product, please contact us at contact@carbonkings.co.uk. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24–48 hours Monday to Friday.
Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If a product is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund.
