Frequently Asked Questions
Are your products genuine OEM parts? No — all products sold by Carbon Kings are aftermarket parts. They are not manufactured by, endorsed by, or affiliated with any vehicle manufacturer. Our parts are designed to fit and complement your vehicle but are not original equipment manufacturer (OEM) components.
Will the parts fit my car? Each product listing includes a full compatibility list. Please check this carefully before ordering. If you're unsure whether a part fits your specific model or build year, contact us at contact@carbonkings.co.uk and we'll be happy to advise.
Are your parts easy to install? Most of our interior and exterior styling parts are designed for tool-free or minimal-tool installation. Many use pre-applied 3M double-sided tape or clip-fit mechanisms. Professional installation is recommended for certain items.
Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay via our secure Shopify checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order? If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@carbonkings.co.uk. We'll do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched.
How do I track my order? Once your order has been dispatched you'll receive a confirmation email with both order and tracking information. You can also track your order by logging into your account at carbonkings.co.uk and viewing your order history.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you offer free delivery? Yes — we offer free standard delivery on all UK orders.
How long does delivery take? Most UK orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days and delivered within 2-4 business days. You'll receive a dispatch notification with tracking information once your order has been sent.
Do you ship internationally? Yes — we ship internationally. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination. International shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Please contact us before returning any item.
How do I return an item? Email us at contact@carbonkings.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
When will I receive my refund? Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5 business days to your original payment method.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect? Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
